Terms of condition
Clients:
Personal Coaching will be offered for
- Organizations and Companies, which means for
- Managers: contract and definition of the outcome of the coaching-process take place between the manager and the coach
- Employees the manager is responsible for: contract and definition of the outcome of the coaching-process take place between the coach, the manager and the employee
- Private Clients, contract will be signed from the coach and the client
Timeframe:
One Coaching-session lasts 60 - 90 minutes. The whole period of the coaching-process depends on the clients problems, issues and situation.
Location:
The coaching takes place either in my office or in the Company´s place, where a closed room for undisturbed working is needed.
